Biography

Professor Bruce Luo is Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. He is also Chair of the General Health Evaluation Center and Deputy Director of the International Affairs Center. He holds the presidency of the Taiwan Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and maintains additional leadership roles in major national specialty societies, including the Taiwan Rhinologic Society and the Taiwan Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology.

Professor Luo was an international visiting scholar at Asan Medical Center in Korea and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in the United States. His clinical and research interests encompass rhinology, skull base surgery, rhinoplasty, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
