Biography
Dr. Eddy Wong is Chief of Service and Consultant at the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat at Prince of Wales Hospital and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Dr. Wong is also President of the Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologists, overseeing specialist training and professional examinations. His clinical practice focuses on head and neck oncology surgery, with a particular interest in robotic and endoscopic surgical approaches for head and neck diseases.
Dr. Wong graduated from the Medical Faculty of CUHK and completed his ENT specialist training in United Christian Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong. He further pursued subspecialty training in head and neck oncology through international attachments, including at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, USA.
Dr. Wong is the Chief Editor of the Head and Neck Dissection and Reconstruction Manual, published by the CUHK Press in 2015 and made freely available online to support surgeons in developing countries.
